I've been following the sad case of Cheyenne Kay Russell, and my heart goes out to her children and family. It's tough to imagine the kind of trauma her kids must be experiencing right now, especially having been witnesses to such a horrific event. One thing weighing on my mind is the role of Jorian Jackson's grandparents in all of this. I know Carolyn and Willie Johnson were charged with hindering apprehension, but it makes me wonder whether they fully comprehended the severity of the situation. Were they genuinely trying to help him evade capture, or were they manipulated into believing a different story about what happened? It's complicated when family gets involved, especially with emotions running high. I can only hope that whatever led to their decision is brought to light swiftly to provide some clarity to Cheyenne's grieving loved ones. This entire ordeal is incredibly tragic, and I keep thinking about those kids who lost their mom under such circumstances. I hope they find a safe and supportive environment moving forward.
