I can't stop thinking about the role that location played in this tragic event. The fact that Adam Hernandez and Larry Moreno were ambushed so soon after the altercation is haunting. It makes me wonder if the shooter was waiting for them or just took advantage of a chaotic moment. The area around North Avenue Q Drive isn’t exactly the safest, but it's devastating to think that such violence erupted over a disagreement. I feel for Adam's family, especially his daughter, who now has to make sense of losing her dad in such a senseless way. It makes me hope even more that the police can piece together what happened on Jarvis Street to bring some closure to his loved ones. Adam sounded like a genuinely hardworking and caring person, and it's so unjust that his life was cut short. Has anyone else heard anything about where the investigation stands now? I'm holding out hope that they find everyone involved.
