I’ve been following David Tait’s case and something that’s been on my mind is the significance of him being in Fort Walton Beach around July 4th. It’s such a busy time with tourists and locals celebrating, which makes me think someone out there might have seen something without even realizing its importance. In such a crowded scenario, someone might have a piece of the puzzle—however small—that officials missed. Around holidays, especially ones with lots of people out and about like the 4th of July, people tend to take lots of photos and videos. Could there be footage or photos capturing something related to David's last known movements? Maybe in the background of someone's family shots or vacation videos? It’s a long shot after so many years, but are there any locals or visitors from that time who might still have old albums or videos? Sometimes, revisiting what we assume to be just ordinary moments can uncover new clues.
