Has anyone else been following the details surrounding the gun purchase in this case? I came across a report that mentioned Brent bought the 9mm handgun just a day before the tragedy. It makes me wonder about his frame of mind leading up to that moment. Did he actually plan this out, knowing what he intended to do, or was it a spur-of-the-moment purchase? It’s chilling to think how quickly things turned from buying the weapon to the awful event that took place. My heart goes out to Yiwen’s friends and family. I can’t even begin to imagine the shock and pain they’re going through after losing her in such a horrifying way.
