Has anyone else come across the name Robert Elder while digging through old Vegas newspapers from the '80s? I was going through some archives and noticed there's surprisingly little reported about him even back then. I find it strange given how bustling Vegas was during that time. You'd think there would be more buzz, especially if he had any ties to the local scene, but maybe that's just it—perhaps he flew under the radar. I wonder if there's more to his background that's yet to be uncovered. Anyone else have thoughts or findings on why there wasn't much media coverage on his disappearance at the start?

Has anyone else looked into potential connections between Robert Elder's disappearance and other missing persons cases in Las Vegas around the same time? I know the late '80s was a period with quite a few unsolved cases, and it makes me wonder if there’s a possibility of a link or if it's just a tragic coincidence. Granted, it’s wild speculation on my part, but I think it's a question worth considering. Sometimes patterns can emerge when you lay all the information out. I’d love to hear if anyone else has thought about this or come across similar theories in their research!
