It just seems like a lot of planning went into this, especially if he had someone help drive him to the bridge. You’d think there would be more checks and balances to prevent someone in his shoes from slipping away that easily. Hopefully, the reward and the public's help will encourage someone to step forward with valuable information. Our community needs closure and justice for Juan Esteban and Jorge Luis.
