Has anyone else been following the Angel Santos-Martinez case in Austin? I've been thinking a lot about how tough it must be for his family right now. They've confirmed his identity through his tattoos, "Angel" and "Martinez," but it sounds like the police are still struggling to piece together who he was with before he died, or what led to this tragedy. I hope they can find some surveillance footage or someone who remembers seeing something. Just can't imagine the pain for his loved ones, not knowing who did this or why. If anyone's local and has seen or heard anything, please consider reaching out to the Austin Police Department—every little bit could help solve this.

I lived in Austin for a few years, and it’s scary to think something like this happened so close to an area I’m familiar with.

The area around that creek isn't heavily trafficked, which makes me wonder if the person responsible knew the place well enough to use it as a spot to hide the evidence.
