The more I learn about Frederick L. Peterson Jr., the more I feel this loss on a deeply personal level, even though I didn't know him. I've been thinking about how he could have touched the lives of so many in Yellow Springs and beyond. Frederick seemed like someone who truly gave his all to the world, his work in trauma resolution and at the VA illuminating just a fraction of his commitment to helping others. I've noticed some people speculating about motives and suspects, but I can't help but focus on his community involvement. Beekeeping and tai chi aren't just hobbies; they're reflections of a peaceful soul. Maybe someone from his tai chi group or a fellow beekeeper can provide insights into his recent interactions or if he mentioned anything out of the ordinary. It seems so perplexing how someone so dedicated to healing and community could meet such a tragic fate. My heart is with Frederick's family during this unimaginable time. Let's keep sharing what we know and support one another in seeking justice for this man who gave so much to so many.
