Hey everyone, I’ve been reading through the threads about Jose Chavez, the man who went missing from San Diego back in 1987, and something caught my attention. I find it curious that even with advances in technology, like enhanced digital databases, there's been no significant progress in his case over the decades. Why do you think some cases see breakthroughs while others like Chavez’s remain stagnant? Is it purely down to chance, or could it be a lack of resources being invested in certain cold cases compared to others? It’s frustrating to think that just because a case is older, it might not get the same attention. Would love to hear your thoughts or if anyone's noticed similar patterns in other cold cases.
