I've been reading a lot about Glenn Eugene Thompson's case recently, and something that really gets me thinking is the location where his belongings were found. The fact that his clothing and crutches were discovered near the Columbia River is strange. I mean, how do they end up 10 miles away from where he was last seen at Quincy Inn? It's almost as if he was trying to head somewhere or perhaps someone took him there. The distance is too far to ignore, especially considering he had crutches. It makes me wonder if someone knew he was vulnerable and took advantage of that. It seems unlikely, but in cases like this, every small detail counts. I really hope those who remember seeing him that day or in the following days come forward with any information they might have.
