I can’t stop thinking about that poor neighbor who heard all those gunshots. I mean, imagine living just a few houses down and being jolted awake to that horrific sound and then finding out it was Mr. Wilbert who was targeted. It’s truly beyond comprehension that anyone could unleash such violence on an 83-year-old man in his own bed. The fact that there were over 80 shots fired is just insane, and it makes you wonder what kind of people are capable of orchestrating this. My heart goes out to Mr. Wilbert's family and friends as they face what must be an incredibly difficult time. The community needs to rally around them and support each other while the authorities work tirelessly to catch those responsible. If anyone out there has even the slightest piece of info, now’s the time to come forward. This family—and this community—deserves justice.
