I was thinking about Jay Greenholz's case again, and it got me wondering about the possible psychological aspects at play. Given his speech impediment and need for medication, do you all think that could have led to him feeling particularly vulnerable or anxious leading up to his disappearance? People with speech challenges often face unique social pressures, and I'm curious if anyone else has considered his day-to-day experiences in this context. Can’t help but wonder if societal stressors might have played a role, maybe pushing him to seek solace somewhere.
I know it's been decades, but understanding his mental state could provide clues. I haven't come across any mention of his mental health in the case files or news reports. If anyone has any thoughts on this or has come across info in similar cases, I’d be interested to hear your insights.
