I've been following this case, and I can't stop thinking about how this must be affecting Jesse's family and friends. It's evident that he was loved deeply, and I'm sure his role as an uncle added so much joy not only to his life but to the lives of his nieces and nephews as well. I have some thoughts about the incident involving the suspect, Joseph Tyler Layton. It's haunting to think about how quickly a situation can escalate into violence. Officer-involved shootings always raise so many complex questions—about procedures, about Layton's mindset in those final moments, and about whether there could have been a different outcome. I hope both investigations provide clarity and maybe even some sense of justice for Jesse's loved ones. This is such a heavy time for them, and they deserve answers. Keeping everyone involved in my thoughts. It's incredibly difficult to process such a loss, especially when it's so sudden and violent.
