Hey everyone, I’ve been following Jeremiah Cunningham's case since it happened, and something that’s been on my mind is the impact his death has had on the local sports community. As some of you may know, Jeremiah was really involved in youth sports, especially basketball. It’s evident he had a significant influence on the kids he mentored and the teams he played with. I came across a post from a local basketball program where several young athletes shared how Jeremiah inspired them to work hard and pursue their dreams, both on and off the court. It’s truly devastating to think about the loss of such a positive role model for these kids and the community. Sports can really bring people together, and Jeremiah seemed to exemplify that spirit. I hope the investigation finds justice for him, and his influence continues to motivate and uplift the youth in Charlotte. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy, especially his family and friends who must be going through such a difficult time. Has anyone else in the community noticed how the programs Jeremiah was involved with are holding up? Are there any movements or events planned in his honor? Let’s keep sharing his story and continue honoring his life in meaningful ways.
