Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the heartbreaking story of Kyle Smith’s murder in Brooklyn, and I just wanted to discuss something that hasn't been mentioned enough: the surveillance cameras at the building. It seems really suspicious that the cameras were painted over around the time of the shooting. I mean, what are the chances that this was just a coincidence? To me, it almost seems like someone was trying to ensure there'd be no footage of what happened that night.
It's gut-wrenching to think that Kyle’s family has to navigate not only their overwhelming grief but now also these potential roadblocks in the investigation. The efforts they're putting into finding justice for Kyle are truly admirable, but it’s painful to see them having to work so hard when the system should be helping them instead.
Has anyone seen cases like this before where tampered surveillance was a major issue? Do you think there's any chance of recovering footage somehow? This just feels like an added layer of injustice for Kyle and his family. My thoughts are with them during this devastating time.
Hoping justice is served soon.
