Did anyone else catch the part about Steven trying to retrieve his phone when he was shot? It's just so distressing to think he might have been reaching for it to call for help or maybe just trying to get back in touch with someone. It's such a small action that we all do daily, and it cost him so much.
The description of the suspect is eerily specific, and I hope law enforcement has more leads by now. This image of the suspect fleeing in a black Cadillac SUV is burned in my mind. It's unsettling to think they might still be out there.
I can't even begin to imagine the pain Steven's family and friends are going through. It would be amazing to see some closure come from this, both for them and for the community. Hoping everyone stays safe out there, and if anyone knows anything, I really hope they speak up.
Hey everyone, I’ve been following the case of Steven Battle and I can't stop thinking about how senseless this tragedy is. It really got me wondering about safety around these late-night spots. I mean, a coffee shop turning into a nightclub sounds cool, but it also seems like a recipe for trouble, especially in the early hours. I wonder if there were any warnings or disagreements inside that led to what happened outside.
Does anyone know if this place had any history of incidents or if there were any security cameras that might have caught what happened? I really hope the authorities find justice for Steven and bring some peace to his family and friends. It’s just awful to hear about someone losing their life over something so preventable. Stay safe out there, everyone.
