Has anyone else been following the Elijah Rodriguez case? I'm just so confused about how a 10-year-old could end up in such a tragic situation while home alone. It breaks my spirit to think of a young life cut short like that. I can’t help but wonder if there were any signs that something was wrong or if this was just a terrible accident. The police haven’t shared much, which makes sense during an active investigation, but I keep thinking about his family and the immense sorrow they must be feeling. How do we as a community even begin to support a family going through such a devastating time? I read about the fundraiser, and it's a small measure, but I hope it eases their burden even just a little. If anyone has updates or insights on this case, please share.
