I've been looking into Marisela Pino's case, and something that's been sticking out to me is the detail about the scars she may have had—a duck-shaped burn scar on her chest or abdomen and scars on her left ankle. I wonder if these unique features could help jog someone's memory if they came across her over the years without realizing it. It's those little details that can sometimes make all the difference in a missing person case. Has anyone else thought that these scars could be key identifiers if she was ever in a hospital or even possibly abducted and seen by someone? Maybe someone out there remembers treating or seeing a girl with similar scars around that time. It's a long shot, but worth considering.
Just stumbled across Marisela Pino's case today, and something doesn't sit right with me about the scar description. I find it interesting that there are two specific scars mentioned—a duck-shaped burn scar and a scar on her left ankle. It seems like those could be quite identifying features if someone recalls seeing them. It's peculiar how such distinctive details haven’t led to any major leads or breakthroughs after all these years.
I wonder if there’s been any outreach to tattoo parlors or medical facilities in case someone might recognize the description from a body mod or a previous medical emergency. Sometimes it’s those unique identifiers that stick with people. Maybe someone out there knows something and doesn’t even realize it yet. Here's hoping she can still be found somehow.
