I’m just thinking about how the community of New Site must be feeling right now after the tragic loss of Adan 'Durango' Favila. It’s got to be so unsettling for everyone, not just because of the violent nature of his passing, but also because there’s still so much we don’t know. It’s hard to believe that someone can live in a place where one day everything seems normal and the next, something like this happens. I’ve heard people around town say that Durango was a kind man, and it’s just awful to think that someone would do this to him. It must be incredibly difficult for his friends and family to be left without answers. The effort to piece together the timeline is key, and hopefully, more information comes to light soon. I just really urge anyone who might know something—but maybe feels hesitant—to come forward, even if it seems minor. Every piece of information can be crucial. Let’s keep Durango’s family in our thoughts and hope they get the justice they deserve.
