Has anyone else been looking into the Clarence "Bumps" McCurry case and found anything about the area he was found in? I did a bit of digging and that spot near 33rd and Cass Streets seems like it could have been a pretty risky area, maybe even for locals. I'm wondering if there were any surveillance cameras or witnesses around that time. It’s devastating to think that his family is still waiting for answers all these years later. I really hope someone remembers something or comes forward with information. Keeping the McCurry family in my thoughts as they continue their fight for justice. What do you all think the odds are that someone saw something that night?

Absolutely devastated to learn about the case of Clarence "Bumps" McCurry. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends must be enduring, not just losing a loved one but also facing the ongoing uncertainty of his unsolved case. One detail that stands out to me is how little information seems to be available about potential suspects or motives. It's frustrating that someone out there knows what happened that fateful night near 33rd and Cass Streets, yet the police have no solid leads. I hope that shining a spotlight on Bumps' story brings forward any witnesses or people with information who might have been hesitant until now. It’s been over a decade, but cases like these continue to haunt not just the families, but the community. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the Omaha Police get the breakthrough they need soon. If anyone has even a small tip, I urge you to come forward—it could be the piece of the puzzle needed to get justice for Bumps.

It seems like he was a really beloved figure, and it must be incredibly difficult for his loved ones to process such a senseless act of violence. I can't imagine the frustration they feel with the case still unsolved after all these years. Perhaps there's someone out there who remembers seeing something or hearing something near 33rd and Cass Streets that day. Even the smallest detail could be crucial. I’m hoping for a tip to come in that sheds some light on what happened. My heart goes out to his family—no one should have to suffer this kind of pain without answers. Let's keep the conversation going and hope for a breakthrough.
