Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of Kirey Thompson, and I can't stop thinking about the impact on his family, especially his cousin Brianna. She mentioned how they'd already faced the unbearable loss of Kirey's older brother, Cardarius, to gun violence. It's hard to imagine how they are coping with another devastating loss. It seems like the whole family is caught in a cycle of tragedy, and it's just so unfair. I feel for them. With the frequency of incidents at Lacura Bar & Bistro, I completely understand their call for permanent closure. It’s frustrating to see places like this continue operating when they're clearly magnets for violence. I just hope the authorities take these incidents seriously and bring to light any patterns that might help prevent future tragedies. Sending love to Kirey’s family during this unimaginable time. Keeping faith that justice will be served and the people involved will be brought to light soon. Stay safe out there, everyone.
