I’ve been following David “Dave” Block’s case for a while now, and something that sparks my curiosity is how the trail just went cold in Washington, D.C. Has anyone else considered the possibility that he might have returned to Canada after being seen there in 1994? Given his history of mental health issues, it's plausible that he could have been moving around a lot, maybe without being fully aware of his circumstances. It's so puzzling how someone can just vanish without a trace, especially with authorities from two countries involved. If there’s anyone from the D.C. area who recalls seeing him or hearing anything around that time, even small details could help piece together where Dave might have gone.
