I’ve been thinking a lot about the tight-knit community at Cottonwood Apartments. It must be incredibly difficult for neighbors who witnessed or heard about the standoff. Knowing someone just down the hall or a few doors away had been caught up in something so tragic can be overwhelming. I've read that Christian Filson was considered quite reserved, and I think it's yet another example of how outward demeanor doesn't always reveal what’s going on beneath the surface. The fact that there weren't any known reports of domestic disputes between Sarah and Christian makes me wonder about the private nature of their relationship. Their friends and family must be reeling, trying to piece together what led to this unimaginable event. I hope everyone affected finds peace in this turbulent time.
