I'm really disturbed after reading about Travon Jamal Davis's tragic passing at The Hub at Nora. I've been following the case, and it feels like there's a lot that needs to be dug into here. It's unsettling to hear that there was a domestic incident between Davis and the suspect just a month before. It makes me wonder if warning signs were overlooked or if there was an opportunity to intervene earlier.
It's incredibly frustrating that the suspect was released without charges, but I do understand that investigations are complicated, and law enforcement needs solid evidence. My heart goes out to Davis's family and friends as they go through the unimaginable pain of losing someone so young and vibrant.
The situation at The Hub at Nora sounds like it's deteriorating, and residents must be really on edge with this happening so close to home. It's a stark reminder of how important community safety is and how critical it is for authorities to step up their efforts in preventing future violence.
If anyone in the area knows anything or saw something, please don't hesitate to approach the authorities. Even the smallest detail might be vital. Let's hope for some answers and, more importantly, justice for Travon and his loved ones.

It was by force. Travon got off of work at 6:00pm, 6:30pm he was shot and killed in his own home by his pregnant girlfriend who saw other girls in his inbox and shot him in the back as he was trying to leave the apartment because she had a gun. The gun was hers , he was unarmed. He was also on house arrest at the time and couldn’t go anywhere besides work. She could have left but instead she decided to kill my brother out of jealousy. One bullet in the floor and one in his back. His last words were “what did you do” and she responded “I’m sorry”, left him there and came back. She told the police that he was beating on her when there were no signs of bruises on her body never even went to the hospital. Let her go on the spot. Not even a month later, they dropped the case. A month prior in the same exact same apartment complex, same situation, an 18 year old was shot and killed by his girlfriend with a shotgun in the chest as he was walking into his apartment ( his own home by the way) and the girlfriend walks free. just threw them out of the way like he was nothing. 2 females got away with murder. INPD need to do they job.

Your brother’s life mattered. I’m so sorry for the pain your family is going through. It’s devastating to see cases like this dismissed when families are left without justice. Hoping the truth continues to come out and that his memory is honored
