Does anyone know if there were any significant events or gatherings in Cleveland around the time Charlene went missing in late February 1998? Sometimes people go missing amidst larger events where there’s more foot traffic and less attention on individuals. Trying to see if there's a chance she could’ve gotten swept up in something unexpected. It could help jog memories or lead us to witnesses who might have seen something but didn't realize its importance at the time.
