I've been following the case of Juan Pedro Diego closely, and something that really stands out to me is the proximity of his own apartment to where the incident happened. It makes me wonder if there was some genuine confusion that night. I've read comments from his family suggesting he may have mixed up the units, and honestly, I can see how something like this could happen, especially in a complex like Carlson Apartments where all the doors probably look the same.
It's so tragic to think how a simple mistake, if that's what it was, could lead to such devastating consequences. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family must be going through, having to live with all these unanswered questions. They're in my thoughts.
Curious to hear what others think about this aspect. Could it really just have been a fatal misunderstanding?
