I’ve been following Brittney Taylor Brewer’s case from the get-go, and while the whole situation is deeply saddening, I can't stop thinking about the incredible speed at which the Birmingham Police Department managed to arrest Demetrius Walton. It's not often you see law enforcement act so swiftly and effectively in bringing a suspect into custody. I wonder, was there a particular piece of evidence or tip that led them directly to Walton, or was it just good old-fashioned police work that did the trick? Either way, it must be a small relief for Brittney's family to see that the authorities are taking this so seriously. It’s crucial for justice to move quickly, especially in cases as devastating as this one. My heart goes out to both Brittney’s loved ones and Teddy Edward Lee Jr.’s family—they deserve answers and, ultimately, justice. If anyone has any updates or additional insights, please share. It feels like there's still so much we don't know.
