Hey everyone,
I've been diving into Robert "Biker Bob" Befort's disappearance, and there's something that's been bugging me. Has anyone looked into the possible connections between his love for old cars and the pawn shop angle? Given that his green '69 Corvette vanished along with him, could this have been more than just about his health problems?
I read about that unconfirmed sighting in Fallon, and it made me wonder if we’re looking at someone who wanted the car for its value—potentially even trying to unload it or parts of it? Especially since authorities suspect foul play involving someone from out of state. Does anyone here have any experience with tracking vehicles after so long? Could it be sitting in someone's collection, or scrapped, or perhaps even across the border?
I'd love to hear if others have seen similar cases or found leads in unconventional places like car shows or classic car auctions. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
Hey everyone,
I was looking into Bob Befort's case again and I'm puzzled about the unconfirmed sighting at that pawn shop in Fallon. It's such a specific connection but hasn't been verified. Has anyone dived into the details of the shop itself? Do they have security footage from back then, or maybe even a log of items sold around that time? It might be a long shot, but looking into the shop's records could shine some light on whether Bob was really there or if it's just a lead that took us down the wrong path. Anyone local to Fallon have insights or info on the shop's past owners or employees? Any tidbit might help in piecing this mysterious puzzle!
Let's keep the discussion going and share anything that might seem useful!
Has anyone looked into the angle of Bob's love for music? As a musician, he might have had connections that stretched beyond Nevada, maybe even someone out of state since his car was never located. A lot of musicians have ties or gigs in other places, and could that have made him cross paths with the wrong people? Also, considering he seemed to be preparing for something with his note, do you think there's any chance his disappearance was more organized on his part than we might think? Just trying to piece together why his car is still missing after all this time.
