Hey everyone, I've been following Charles Toles' case and something's been on my mind regarding the location of the incident. 18th and Emmet Streets isn't exactly a secluded area—there's quite a bit of foot traffic and people around. I'm curious, with it being such a well-frequented spot, has anyone heard or seen anything more about potential witnesses? It seems like someone must have noticed something that night. My heart goes out to Charles' family and friends; I can’t imagine the pain of not having answers. If you're from Omaha or familiar with this area, your insights could really help.
