Has anyone else found it odd that David Byrge left his wallet and keys behind? It seems like such a deliberate choice not to take essentials along. I wonder if anyone has looked into whether he had plans to meet someone he knew well, which might explain why he didn’t take personal items with him. Sometimes, close relationships can be more complicated than they appear. I’m also curious about whether any of his friends or family had noticed changes in his behavior leading up to his disappearance. It’s been over two decades, and the lack of updates must be so hard for his family. If anyone has insights or theories, I’d love to hear more about the possible scenarios.
I’ve been following David Byrge’s case for a while, and I can't help but wonder about the significance of him leaving his wallet and keys behind at his grandmother's house. That detail has always seemed curious to me—was he planning to come back soon, or did he perhaps want to leave those items behind for a specific reason? It strikes me that anyone leaving their keys and wallet would have had every intention of returning quickly. This makes me think that whatever happened to him might have been completely unexpected or something changed in his plans last minute. Has anyone else thought about what his intentions might have been or whether there have been similar cases where leaving personal items offered clues?
