Did anyone else find it eerie how Artiss Ann Wick’s remains were discovered in such a remote area of Hillsborough County? I’ve been thinking about the location where she was found and what it might say about Bobby Joe Long's mindset. Considering how meticulous he seemed to be, I can’t help but wonder if he deliberately chose these secluded spots to evade capture for as long as he did. It’s chilling to imagine that some of these locations might have been pre-selected, almost like he scouted them out beforehand. Granted, this is just speculation, but it really highlights just how calculated he was in his actions. My heart goes out to Artiss's family and everyone affected by Long's crimes. I hope they’ve found some measure of peace over the years, knowing that justice was ultimately served. Some of these details just stick with you, making it all the more important to keep discussing and remembering these cases, if nothing else, to honor the victims and keep similar patterns from ever emerging again. What's everyone else’s take on the significance of the locations chosen by Long?
