I've been reading through the details of John Tomlin Goodman III's case, and I can't help but feel a profound sense of sorrow for his family and friends. What's truly baffling is how John’s beloved blue Volkswagen ended up abandoned in Oakland so far from where his body was found. It seems like such a key aspect of this tragic story, but did the investigation ever uncover why it was left there? It makes me wonder if it was part of an attempt to divert the investigation or if there might have been someone else involved in moving it. I'm sure some of you might have thoughts on this. It's so frustrating that with Likens' death, we might never fully know what happened or who else could have played a part in this horror. My heart truly goes out to everyone who cared about John, and I hope they find peace despite the uncertainties.
