I was just reading about Oscar Garcia's case again, and something struck me about the location where he was last seen—Woodbury, NJ. Woodbury's not too far from Franklin Township, but I wonder what brought him there that day. Does anyone know if Oscar had any connections in the Woodbury area? Friends, work, anything like that? It's a small detail, but sometimes these little things can be the key to unraveling cold cases. I also found it interesting that despite him being reported missing back in 2002, there's been such little progress. Really hoping someone out there might know something and come forward. Any ideas on where else we might be able to search for information after all these years?
