Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact of Gilbert Brent Murray’s passing, especially on those who worked with him at the California Forestry Association. Can you imagine the sense of vulnerability and fear that must have washed over his colleagues after the attack? It’s terrifying to think about how the office must have felt like a second home—a safe and familiar place—only to become the scene of such a devastating event. There's this chilling reminder that even routine tasks, like opening mail, can turn into something deadly. It feels like the world got turned upside down for them. I just hope that the community there was able to come together to support one another during such a difficult time and find some semblance of peace in the aftermath. Anyone else feeling this? Sending warmth and thoughts to all those affected. ? Take care, [Username]
