I've been diving into the Clarence Hill case, and something that I find particularly puzzling is the lack of evidence left behind at these crime scenes. The attacks spanned over two years, yet there seemed to be minimal physical evidence connecting Hill directly to the crimes until his arrest years later. Especially with the murder of Vincent Tonzello and the horrific assault on Mary Mytovich, I'm curious about how Hill managed to evade detection for so long. Was it really just due to the forensics of the time, or was there more to it? It's chilling to think about how some of these cases might have turned out differently if today's technology had been available back then. My heart goes out to the families of all the victims, who had to endure such a long stretch without answers or justice.
