Has anyone here been following Cheryl Payne's case? Something that really stands out to me is the timing of her disappearance. It was right after Christmas, smack in the middle of the holiday season when people are supposed to be together. I wonder if the pressures and emotions of the holidays might have played a role in whatever happened that night at the Big Orange Bar. People can get really stressed and conflicts can escalate quicker than usual during such times. The fact that she exited the vehicle so suddenly makes me think something significant must have happened in that moment. Has there been any new information from the bar's patrons that night or any further details from Terry's side? It just seems odd how someone can vanish so quickly in such a small town. What are everyone's thoughts?

Has anyone else noticed how Terry Collins just went on living his life after Cheryl disappeared? It's strange to me that someone could carry on so normally when there's an unsolved mystery like this hanging over them. I've followed cases before, and people usually seem deeply affected when someone close to them goes missing, especially if they were one of the last people to see them. Makes you wonder about his psyche during this time. I'd be keen to hear from anyone familiar with behaviors in these situations or who lived around Rockwood back then. Maybe someone remembers something that could help fill in the gaps.
