Hey everyone, I’ve been following the Belle Gunness case for a while, and something that's been on my mind is the bravery and persistence of Asle Helgelien, Andrew's brother. It's hard to imagine the anguish and frustration he must have felt traveling all the way from South Dakota under such dire circumstances. With all the dismissals he likely faced, it's truly a testament to his character that he kept pushing authorities to dig deeper into the farm. His persistence is essentially what uncovered the chilling truth about Belle's actions, bringing some closure for the families involved. My heart goes out to the Helgelien family and all others affected by this tragedy. Anyone else have thoughts on the importance of Asle’s role in unraveling this case?
