Has anyone here looked into the ritualistic elements in the Skid Row Slasher case? It's chilling to read about the symbolic items found at the crime scenes. From what I've gathered, it seems like Greenwood left cups of blood and rings of salt around his victims, including Clyde Hay. Initially, investigators thought there might be a connection to Satanism, but it was later disputed. I can't imagine what Clyde's family went through, knowing the horrific circumstances of his death. It's disheartening to think of how these initial misconceptions might have affected the investigation. Does anyone have insight into how these ritualistic aspects influenced public perception or law enforcement’s approach at the time?
