I've been thinking a lot about the role of community involvement in cold cases like Leo Lavine's. It's such a stark reminder of how vital public participation can be. Themia Cook, Leo's sister, has truly shown relentless dedication in shining a spotlight on her brother's case and her efforts have been nothing short of inspiring. It must be so difficult for her and the family to live without answers, yet she persists in her pursuit of justice.
I wonder how we, as a community, can better support families like hers who are waiting for resolution. Are there any community groups or initiatives in Phoenix dedicated to assisting in unsolved cases? It seems like there could be more coordinated community action to help gather information and keep these stories in public discourse. The impact of such grassroots efforts can't be underestimated. #LongLiveLeo is not just a hashtag; it's a call for collective action and remembrance.
If anyone on this forum is local to the Phoenix area and knows of any organizations or groups working on similar cold cases, please share. Amplifying these stories and efforts is crucial. Leo and his family deserve justice, and perhaps with more hands on deck, there's hope yet.

Maybe I can begin a community action myself, not only to help myself with my brothers case, but also others whose loved ones are unsolved cases as well. Do you know how I could begin something like that? Or maybe you can point me in the direction of? Thank you for your kind words and the acknowledgement of the efforts towards my brothers murder. I miss my older brother everyday, even though I've accepted his absence, I will and cannot accept his death. I'm still in disbelief that I will never see his face, hear his voice, hug him even seeing that smile ever again. I definitely needed the words. Thank you, again.
