Does anyone else find it strange how quickly the search efforts for Jeffrey Ruggles were coordinated back in 2005? I mean, from what I've read, the community was immediately on it with distributing flyers and rallying everyone they could. It's like everyone knew something was really off right from the start. This kind of rapid response always makes me wonder whether there was something more going on behind the scenes that we're not aware of. Was there a specific reason everyone acted so quickly? I have so much respect for communities that come together in times like these, but it makes me curious about what people close to Jeffrey might have initially sensed. If anyone from Huntington remembers those early days or was part of the searches, I’d love to hear your thoughts or memories about that time.
