I've been going through the details of Robyn Whitehead's tragic case, and one aspect that really stands out to me is how Dixon chose his victims. It feels so incredibly random and opportunistic, targeting individuals of any gender without any obvious pattern. This makes me think about the communities where these crimes took place and how residents must have felt at the time—living in fear, not knowing if they might be next. Robyn was the same age my sister is now, and I can't imagine the pain her family and friends are enduring. It's such a painful reminder of how fleeting safety can be and the devastating impact a violent stranger can have on a community. My thoughts are with Robyn's loved ones, hoping they find some solace knowing that Dixon is no longer a threat to anyone.
