I’ve been reading up on the tragic case of Goldy Snyder, and one detail that really caught my attention was how Andrew Dillon was identified as a suspect. The fact that he had been around the Playtime Fishing Bait shop and then was seen near the scenes of other similar crimes is so concerning. How did he manage to slip through the cracks for so long? It’s so worrying to think about how many opportunities maybe were missed to stop him sooner. I can't imagine the fear and helplessness that Snyder's community and family must have felt, not knowing if there would ever be justice for her and the other victims. I hope that thorough investigations can bring some sense of closure and assurance to those affected.
