I've been diving into the chilling details of Julia Voght's murder and something that's been haunting me is the role her supposed abilities may have played in this tragedy. Imagine the courage it must have taken for her to relay a description of the Denver Strangler while in a trance, hoping her vision would aid the investigation and bring peace to the terrified community. It’s unnerving to think that by trying to help, she might have unwittingly become a target herself. Did the killer see her as a threat because of what she knew? Or perhaps her attempt to unmask him ended up provoking him? My heart goes out to her family and loved ones who probably never got the closure they needed. There’s something deeply unsettling about how this case was never solved, leaving so many families, not just Julia's, without answers. It’s these loose ends in history that keep the conversation alive, compelling us to ponder how justice could have slipped through the cracks.
