Has anyone looked into the hospitals where Charles Cullen worked before Somerset Medical Center? I feel like there might have been early warning signs that were missed well before he got to the job where he ultimately murdered Jack Shanagher. It’s incredibly upsetting to think that the system didn't catch him sooner, potentially saving lives. He was moving around a lot, and it's alarming how easily someone with suspicious behavior could just find a new job in another hospital. My heart goes out to Jack's family, especially knowing this could have been prevented if only Cullen's patterns had been tracked more closely. Thoughts on how hospitals have improved their hiring practices since then?
