Has anyone else given thought to the role of Elmer Wayne Henley in all of this? It’s chilling to think about a teenager being so deeply involved in such horrific acts. Yet, it was his decision to shoot Dean Corll that finally exposed these unspeakable crimes. It’s one of those situations where you almost feel conflicted about his actions. On one hand, he played a part in these terrible acts, but on the other, he was the one who brought this nightmare to an end. I've been reflecting a lot on James Dreymala and his family, and I can't even begin to imagine the pain they went through. It's crucial that we remember the victims and what they've been through, beyond just the sensational details of the case. Times like these remind us of the importance of vigilance and recognizing signs that something might be wrong, though it’s no one’s fault but the perpetrators. Wishing peace to everyone affected by this case. ?
