Her ability to spread joy and warmth to family and friends makes the betrayal of her trust by someone pretending to help all the more heinous. This whole case makes me reevaluate how crucial it is to ensure the safety and well-being of our seniors, not just within the walls of their retirement communities but in every facet of their daily lives. Let’s hope for change, justice, and remembrance of those vibrant lives tragically interrupted, like Phyllis’.
