I recently revisited the Rodriguez case after hearing about it on a podcast, and something keeps bothering me about how the authorities assume the family fled to Mexico. I wonder if they had connections there or if it was just a likely possibility due to proximity? There doesn't seem to be much detail available about Alberto and Sabina's backgrounds, which might offer some clues. Has anyone come across more information on their possible ties in Mexico or any sightings over the years? It's tough to imagine how a whole family can just vanish. Any thoughts?

I was going through some old cases and came across the Rodriguez brothers. This one really puzzles me. Why did the authorities think Mexico was the destination for them? Was there a family connection or any prior travel history? I know it's been years, but it's bothering me that there's been no trace of them, especially in this digital age. The age-progressed photos must have circulated a lot by now. Does anyone know if there were any credible sightings or leads that fizzled out? This case is one of those that just sits with you, you know?

Has anyone looked into Alberto Rodriguez and Sabina Lopez’s known affiliations in Mexico? I've been following Jordy Rodriguez's case and was wondering if there has been any discussion or insights about potential networks that Alberto and Sabina might have leaned on after fleeing. Could be family ties, friends, or any community connections they had before the abduction. Often people on the run gravitate towards familiar faces or safe havens, so it might be worth digging into their backgrounds a bit more. If they did indeed escape to Mexico, those connections could have been vital in laying low for all these years. It's a long shot, but there might be someone who could be convinced to step forward. Would appreciate any thoughts or leads folks might have on this!
