Has anyone else been curious about the connection between Beverly and Gordon's disappearances and James MacTavish's suicide? I can't help but wonder if there's more to uncover about the family dynamics. It's strange that both Beverly and her brother would vanish around the same time and then James dies years later without any apparent resolution in their cases. I also find it odd that Beverly was apparently so reclusive and had lost touch with her children. Was there any tension or did something happen to make her cut off communication with her family? It seems like this could be a key to understanding what happened leading up to their disappearances. If anyone has come across more details or theories about these relationships, I'd love to hear them!

There's something really strange about how Beverly and her brother Gordon just vanished without a trace. I mean, how can two adults disappear off the face of the earth and no one notices for five whole years? The fact that Beverly was living with her ex-husband, who later took his own life, adds another layer of confusion. Did anyone ever report seeing them around 2008? It seems odd that neither Beverly nor Gordon had any interactions in their community. I've read about cases where people go off the grid, but this sounds different. Could they have just packed up and left voluntarily, or is there something more sinister at play that we're missing? It's like the whole situation is wrapped in secrecy. Wondering if anyone closer to Dayton remembers anything unusual from that time?

Does anyone else find it odd that it took five years for anyone to realize Beverly and Gordon were missing? I've been thinking about the fact that they lived with Beverly's ex-husband, James MacTavish, who died by suicide. It sounds like Beverly had withdrawn from everyone after quitting her job, but I can't help but wonder if James or Gordon knew more than what’s been disclosed. Could there have been a conflict in the household, or was there something else happening on that property? It's unsettling that no one noticed that Gordon was also missing until James' death. Maybe their reclusive lifestyle contributed, but this whole situation just doesn't sit right with me. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?
