Why aren't there any CCTV footages or eyewitnesses from Avenue I? I mean, it was a weekend night, so surely there must have been somebody who saw something or perhaps some businesses nearby with cameras? It's frustrating to think that Richard Hutchinson's family has had to live all these years without answers or justice. Also, it gets me thinking about how law enforcement handled the investigation back then. I hope they are vigorously revisiting every possible lead and maybe enhancing old evidence with new technology. Richard deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. If anyone has even the smallest detail, they should definitely reach out. This case should not remain cold forever.
