Hey everyone, I've been thinking about the awful tragedy that took place at the Walter Rossler Co. back in '95. My heart goes out to the families of Joann and Walter Rossler, as well as the other victims. What really gets to me is the timing of the incident – it happened just after Selena's funeral. It's like the community wasn't given a moment to breathe between grieving our beloved Tejano star and this horrific event. I can't imagine the emotional toll it must have taken on everyone in Corpus Christi at that time. I find it strange that Simpson, being described as a quiet, studious guy, could perform such an unthinkable act. Does anyone know if there were any signs or red flags beforehand, maybe something that could have pointed to his state of mind? I keep wondering if there’s something more that could have been done to prevent the tragedy. It's important that we remember and honor the victims and continue to learn from past events to make workplaces safer and support the mental health of those around us. If anyone was around Corpus Christi back then or knows more about how the community was coping, I'd love to hear your stories or thoughts. It's essential we keep their memories alive.
